Job summary

Carvana is seeking a management-level Logistics Manager at our Georgia location to oversee daily transportation operations and guide multiple teams. You will align site goals, optimize route scheduling, and mentor staff to drive performance and safety.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years in logistics and 2+ years in people leadership, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. This position includes full-time salary, comprehensive benefits, and potential for growth within the Carvana logistics network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Proven ability to develop people (formal or informal) including CDL driver supervision.
• Transportation experience such as vehicle transporter/tractor trailer or related military exp. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at locations in coordination with site leaders.
• Help develop site-specific goals and ensure alignment and execution within the site.
• Review daily route schedules and work with planning to address issues.
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports and succession planning.
• Ensure workplace safety standards, GEMBA walks, and yard cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and coordinate inventory movement as needed.
