Job summary

Carvana is seeking a management-level professional to oversee multiple teams at a Logistics Field Operation location. You will coordinate day-to-day transportation needs, guide site goals, and ensure safe, efficient operations in alignment with corporate standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and accountability, including development of staff and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related fields preferred.
• Experience leading CDL drivers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned locations, coordinating with site leaders.
• Develop site-specific goals and ensure alignment and execution.
• Review daily route schedules and address issues with Planning and Scheduling.
• Mentor and develop direct reports, manage performance.
• Ensure workplace safety standards and perform GEMBA walks.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Coordinate and monitor ground inventory movement through warehouse workflow.
