Qualifications

• DOT compliance knowledge required.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned locations.
• Develop site-specific goals and ensure alignment and execution.
• Review daily route schedules and collaborate with planning to address issues.
• Mentor and hold direct reports accountable through coaching and development.
• Ensure workplace safety standards and GEMBA walks are completed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Coordinate and monitor inventory movement and shifts to meet business needs.
