Job summary

Carvana is seeking a management-level leader to oversee daily transportation operations across the assigned Logistics Field Operation location in Georgia. You will supervise warehouse and inventory teams as needed and coordinate with site leaders to achieve site goals.

Role requires experience leading people, strong knowledge of DOT regulations, and proven ability to mentor teams and ensure safe, efficient operations. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising multiple teams in a logistics environment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in transportation or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned locations in coordination with site leaders.
• Develop site-specific goals and ensure alignment and execution.
• Review daily route schedules and address issues with planning teams.
• Mentor and hold direct reports accountable, including leadership development and performance management.
• Ensure workplace safety standards and conduct GEMBA walks.
