Job summary

Carvana is seeking a management level leader at our Logistics Field Operation location to oversee multiple teams and coordinate day-to-day transportation operations. This role may supervise warehouse and inventory staff and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities include developing site goals, reviewing route schedules with Logistics Operations Planning, mentoring direct reports, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring effective communication across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT compliance/regulations.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience supervising CDL drivers.
• Transportation experience with vehicle transporter or tractor trailer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at locations.
• Develop site goals and ensure alignment with site leadership.
• Review route schedules and coordinate with Planning to address issues.
• Mentor direct reports and support succession planning through coaching and development.
• Ensure workplace safety standards and GEMBA walks.
• Coordinate inventory movement and shift assignments to meet business needs.
