Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote Equity Residential's brand across a defined set of communities and achieve occupancy goals. The role focuses on new sales, tour management, and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective residents.

The position reports to the Community Manager or Area Sales Manager and requires strong sales skills, CRM use, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if operating a vehicle.
• Computer literacy and effective communication in English.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Team members may use their own smartphone for certain tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and climb stairs if needed.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Equity Residential's brand.
• Coordinates schedules for onsite presence at assigned properties.
• Manages leads and tours using CRM.
• Completes leasing documents and supports resident relations.
• Cross-sells across properties to meet resident needs.
• Maintains knowledge of community, market, and policies.
• Provides professional representation of the company.
