Job summary

Equity Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote the brand across a defined set of communities and to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue while delivering a remarkable customer experience.

The role emphasizes 60% new sales and tour management, 30% resident relations, and 10% leasing administration. Reports to Community Manager or Area Sales Manager. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if vehicle use is required.
• English communication skills (oral and written).
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Smartphone required for job duties.

Responsibilities

• Promote Equity Residential's brand and drive occupancy.
• Manage leads, tours, and the sales process from start to finish.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident relations.
• Assist with leasing documents and move-in files.
• Coordinate resident events and support marketing efforts.
• Mentor Leasing Consultants.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws.
