Job summary

Harbor Group Management Co. is seeking a Multi-site Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy across our multifamily communities. You will show apartments, qualify prospects, process applications, and coordinate marketing efforts to attract residents.

You will support the Property Manager, maintain applicant and resident records in Yardi/OneSite, and engage in local networking to sustain high occupancy and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• The candidate has property management leasing experience and is customer-service oriented.
• Experience using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and lease apartments.
• Qualify leads, process applications, and run background/credit checks.
• Ensure units are ready for occupancy and coordinate with maintenance.
• Prepare lease documents and execute move-in packages.
• Develop marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Promote the community via digital platforms and local networking.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and rental rates.
• Support resident retention with responsive service and follow-ups.
• Assist with rent collection and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software.
