Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant in Washington to coordinate rentals, move-ins and renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

You will support tours, lease paperwork, and renewal processes, ensuring model apartments are tour-ready and records are up to date. Strong customer service and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition.
• Process renewal paperwork and communicate updates monthly.
• Maintain accurate traffic activity records and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with clerical duties and property invoicing as needed.
