Thrive Communities is seeking a Leasing Agent in Seattle to drive leasing, engage residents, and contribute to a thriving community. You will greet prospective residents, show available units, and process leases in compliance with applicable laws, while supporting marketing and administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes strong sales, customer service, and teamwork within a fast-paced in-person environment. A positive, detail-oriented attitude is essential for resident satisfaction and turnover

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service.
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn/navigate software systems.
• Prior experience in property management or similar industry is a plus.
• NALP Certification, or other NAAEI credential, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing paperwork and related documents in line with local and federal laws.
• Strong focus on sales, closing ratios, and meeting leasing team expectations.
• Train and mentor leasing team on lease generation/execution and etiquette.
• Greet prospective residents, show the community, and perform leasing duties.
• Maintain lease closing ratio appropriate for property/submarket.
• Ensure cleanliness of tour path, vacant units, and model units with maintenance.
