Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote our communities, drive occupancy, and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will split time between new sales, tours, and resident relations, reporting to the Community Manager or Area Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Promote Equity Residential's brand and achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage tours and new sales, and assist with resident relations.
• Coordinate onsite presence at assigned properties with Community/Area Sales Manager.
• Utilize CRM to manage leads and scheduling of tours.
• Prepare leasing documents and assist with move-ins and resident events.
