Job summary

Hope the Mission in Chatsworth, CA is seeking an IT Support Technician to install and maintain hardware and software across Mac and PC, resolve staff requests at HTM locations, and ensure network, printers, cameras, and alarm systems function without disruptions. You will manage access control keycards, provisioning and removing system access, and keep equipment inventory up to date.

This fast-paced role requires calm problem solving and strong communication with non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in information technology or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum two years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Mac and PC environments.
• Proficiency with Apple Business Manager and Jamf MDM.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve technical support requests from staff across all HTM locations.
• Document actions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Travel to HTM sites to resolve issues that cannot be addressed remotely.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software across Mac and PC.
• Manage access control keycards and user accounts.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, cameras, alarms, and connectivity.
• Ensure security and HIPAA compliance.
• Support after-hours and weekend coverage as needed.
