- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.
Responsibilities

- Ensure continuous availability of network and medical devices.
- Lead rapid response to IT incidents affecting clinical operations.
- Log and track calls using an enterprise ticketing system.
- Manage onboarding processes for new staff.
