Job summary

Nevada Health Centers is hiring an IT Support Technician to deliver responsive technical support to users in Las Vegas, NV. The role covers desktop systems, software, hardware, networking, and remote connections, with emphasis on fast incident resolution and customer service.

The technician will install, configure, test, maintain, and repair tech, document procedures, and help improve procedures, training, and satisfaction while complying with HIPAA, OSHA, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in hardware/software support.
• or Associate degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, customer-focused technical support for desktop systems, software, hardware, networking, and remote connections.
• Own incidents through resolution, apply fixes, escalate when needed, and monitor aging requests.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, and repair technology; document procedures and improve support processes.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, software licensing, inventory, asset control, and ensure data integrity and security.
