Job summary

Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an IT Technician to provide Tier 1 technical support across multiple sites. You will assist with hardware, software, networking, and end-user devices, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely in a healthcare setting.

The role includes on-site and remote support, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to SOPs. A Florida context appears in the job description; travel between Meridian locations is required with after-hours on-call

Qualifications

Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
CompTIA A+ certification within first year of employment.
On-site and remote IT support experience in multi-site environments preferred.
Healthcare or regulated environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote IT support across multiple Meridian locations.
Respond to tickets promptly with professional customer service.
Install, configure, update, troubleshoot, and maintain workstations, phones, software, and related equipment.
Diagnose hardware and software issues and resolve with minimal downtime.
Maintain IT assets, tickets, logs, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, testing and repairs.
Develop troubleshooting guides and SOPs for end-user support.
Provide basic technology training and onboarding support.
Follow HIPAA requirements and organizational IT policies.
Participate in after-hours and on-call support as required.
