The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in IT with 3-5+ years in leadership, strong Microsoft tech expertise, and experience in construction/real estate environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience with 3–5+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Experience in multi-location residential/commercial construction, real estate, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations.
