Job summary

KDS Strategic Search Group is seeking a hands-on IT leader to support ERP and business applications across multiple sites in the United States. You will manage outsourced vendors, coordinate with operations, and translate business needs into technology solutions that improve inventory, purchasing, and order processing.

The role requires 5–10+ years in IT leadership, direct ERP ownership, and strong vendor and process-improvement skills, with a pragmatic, ownership-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of IT operations or technology leadership.
• Direct experience owning or managing ERP and other business applications.
• Experience managing outsourced IT providers and application partners.
• Experience supporting a multi-site operational environment.
• Strong business analysis and process improvement capabilities.
• Translate business workflows into technology solutions.
• Hands-on ERP/application/integration troubleshooting.
• Proactive technology or process improvement recommendations.
• Strong vendor management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate with urgency and drive initiatives through completion.

Responsibilities

• Take a hands-on approach to day-to-day IT support and end-user needs across multiple sites.
• Own ERP, business applications, integrations, and related technology.
• Lead outsourced IT, software vendors, and application support partners.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify operational needs and technology-driven improvements.
• Ensure ERP and critical apps support inventory, purchasing, and warehousing operations.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions and coordinate implementations.
• Stay hands-on with ERP, integration, and OT issues when needed.
• Oversee technology needs across branches and locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, and cost through tech.
