Job summary

RiseMe in Campbell Hall, NY, seeks an experienced IT Help Desk/Desktop Support specialist to provide hands-on end-user assistance across multiple sites. You will image, deploy, and repair workstations, manage user accounts via Active Directory, and support VOIP and collaboration tools.

The role requires strong Windows hardware experience, PowerShell scripting familiarity, and ability to prioritise a varied ticket queue while delivering professional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT help desk or desktop support roles preferred.
• Experience imaging, deploying, repairing Windows hardware (Dell) and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of AD/GP concepts, MFA enforcement, and credential provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Set up, image, deploy, and repair workstations and peripherals for new hires and staff.
• Create/modify user accounts and manage access via AD/Group Policy; provision Office 365 licenses.
• Assist development team with web app programming and basic coding tasks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network across sites including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and switches.
• Support VoIP platforms and communication tools; troubleshoot conferencing and collaboration systems.
• Provide end-user software support for Windows, Office, Adobe, QuickBooks, and critical apps.
• Install and troubleshoot networked printers/scanners and lab print requests.
• Document procedures, maintain knowledge base, and deliver basic end-user training.
