Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Northbrook, IL seeks a Program Coordinator (PRN) to provide direct supervision and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization clients. You will assist with meals, milieu management, and documentation in the EHR, while ensuring safety and compassionate care.

This role requires flexibility to work at multiple sites, weekends/holidays as needed, and driving responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (required).
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience (required).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (required at locations with company vehicles).
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations (required).
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending) (required).

Responsibilities

• Direct care of inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Provide mealtime support and dietary coaching.
• Milieu management and safety checks per physician orders.
• Documentation in EHR for group facilitation and care events.
• Assist with patient transportation, outings, and errands.
• Distribute mail and packages daily.
