Job summary

The Wills Group is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to oversee daily operations of network, systems, and cloud infrastructure across HQ, retail locations, and cloud platforms. You will monitor performance, enforce policies, and drive reliability and efficiency while traveling to sites in the region.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, strong networking and cloud skills, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of infrastructure, systems, networking, or related IT operations experience.
• Working knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud-connected infrastructure, endpoint support, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with patching, access controls, logging, and basic compliance expectations; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of enterprise infrastructure across network, systems, and cloud-connected services.
• Enforce policies and procedures to support compliance with standards and minimize downtime.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and logs; document incidents and changes.
• Troubleshoot routine infrastructure and network issues; participate in RCA to prevent recurrence and improve processes.
• Train technicians and administrators on best practices, tools, and technologies.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting or basic programs where appropriate.
• Support patching, maintenance windows, and configuration standards as directed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions that improve uptime and efficiency.
