Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure and operations, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure across locations.
• Lead day-to-day administration of networks, servers, virtualization, cloud, storage, and identity services.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery with documented objectives and testing.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution to minimize downtime.
• Manage vendors, MSPs, and service providers, ensuring SLAs and cost effectiveness.
• Lead IT service delivery and help desk operations across sites, including after-hours/escalations.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure standards, change management, and documentation across locations.
• Collaborate with leadership to align IT roadmap with business needs and budgets.
