Job summary

WME seeks a Manager, Network Infrastructure to lead the global network and voice estate across eight sites and supervise four engineers. You will stay hands‑on to guide architecture and troubleshooting, not just management.

The role covers LAN/WAN, firewall management, enterprise wireless, Zero Trust, and hybrid cloud connectivity, collaborating with security and architecture functions to ensure reliability and security across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in network engineering with progressive responsibility including team leadership.
• Deep routing and switching with Cisco and site‑to‑site VPN on Palo Alto firewalls.
• Proficient in Zero Trust, 802.1X, NAC, and network security practices.
• Experience with enterprise wireless design and operations.
• Strong DNS, DHCP, IPAM and core network services skills.
• Remote access VPN (GlobalProtect) and SASE/SSE concepts.
• VoIP/UC management (CUCM), SIP trunks, PSTN, E911.
• Hybrid cloud networking experience (Azure ExpressRoute) and cloud networking basics.
• Ability to lead distributed teams and partner with security and architecture groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead a four-person global network and voice engineering team.
• Own LAN/WAN architecture, switching, and VPNs; manage Palo Alto firewalls.
• Oversee enterprise wireless, Zero Trust, and NAC implementations.
• Own DNS/DHCP/IPAM, internet circuits, and carrier relationships.
• Drive network automation and IaC initiatives (Ansible/Panorama).
• Coordinate with security and architecture partners on incidents and risk.
