Capital Resorts in Branson, MO is seeking an experienced HR/Payroll Manager to oversee day-to-day payroll and human resources operations for our Sales & Marketing teams across 13 sites. You will maintain strong employee relations and ensure compliance with payroll policies and employment laws.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage data, onboarding, investigations, and HRIS records while safeguarding confidentiality. Travel to other sites is involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong clerical skills including Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA and personnel information).
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR/Payroll Generalist tasks.
• Run reports, manage data entry for commission payroll systems.
• Review timecards and submit payroll data to payroll provider.
• Support onboarding and new-hire orientations.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide counseling on employee relations and investigations.
• Serve as HR contact for front-line leaders and employees.
