Pacific Staffing is recruiting an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our Davis-based client, a long-standing manufacturing leader. The role covers full HR operations across multiple sites in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to manage HR functions in a dynamic, multi-site setting with a fully onsite work arrangement. Compensation and benefits are competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; several years of progressive HR management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency to communicate across all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with core software (Word, Excel, Outlook) under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and off-boarding.
• Represent the organization at recruiting events and support employer-brand initiatives.
• Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy compliance.
• Oversee HR operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent processes.
