Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in West Sacramento is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to hire an experienced HR Manager who thrives in a hands-on, operational environment. You will partner with leaders to navigate growth and change, manage employee relations, leaves, workers’ comp, and coach managers in a fast-paced setting.

This onsite role operates Monday through Friday and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience, including investigations, corrective actions, and manager coaching.
• In-depth experience managing California leaves of absence.
• Experience coordinating workers’ compensation and leaves.
• Manufacturing or another high-volume operational environment.
• Experience coaching and developing managers.
• Solid experience working within an HRIS environment.
• Comfortable working in a growing, evolving organization with multiple moving pieces.
• Onsite Monday-Friday in West Sacramento, CA (NO HYBRID OR REMOTE OPTIONS)
