Qualifications

• 5+ years HR Generalist in manufacturing.
• Multi-site HR leadership in a large multinational.
• 3+ years admin of benefits and 401(k).
• Experience with workforce reductions/site closures.
• Strong knowledge of US/CA labor laws and CBAs.
• Experience handling employee relations and labor negotiations.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, ATS, LMS, HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead all people-related activities across both sites.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance, rewards, and relations.
• Support workforce transitions and site-closure planning.
• Provide HR guidance to people leaders.
• Ensure compliance with federal/CA labor laws.
• Administer benefits programs including 401(k).
• Manage disciplinary procedures and union negotiations.
• Collaborate with global HR and cross-functional leaders.
