Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR across multiple Maine facilities, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations. You will partner with plant leadership, coach managers, and drive workforce planning, employee relations, and development programs in a manufacturing setting.

This role requires 5+ years in HR leadership, a Bachelor's in HR/Business, and strong knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience at the HR Manager level or similar leadership role.
• Strong employee relations experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or operations-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels of an organization.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR for multiple facilities, providing strategic and day-to-day HR leadership.
• Coach HR Business Partner and ensure consistent HR support across locations.
• Guide employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and development.
• Manage investigations, corrective actions, terminations, and compliance.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, retention, and development programs.
