Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead several Northeast manufacturing sites, driving safety, quality, productivity, and maintenance while delivering financial results.

You will develop leadership across locations, implement best practices, and collaborate with regional leaders to achieve targets. This role is remote-based when not traveling, requiring up to 75% travel and residence in the Buffalo, NY or Fredonia, PA area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations.
• Strong financial acumen with proven P&L results.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple manufacturing sites within the Northeast region.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and maintenance.
• Develop leadership teams and mentor site managers.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Report production and inventory accurately.
