Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead several Northeast manufacturing sites. The role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and regulatory compliance while driving talent development and financial results.

It is remote-based when not traveling to plants, with residency in the Buffalo, NY or nearby market. The position requires 7+ years in operations leadership, strong P&L skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations Management or equivalent.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain relationships over time.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple manufacturing sites to optimize safety, quality, productivity, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations across locations.
• Develop leadership teams and mentor site managers.
• Lead project teams for customer solutions and capital improvements.
• Implement best manufacturing practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate annual goals into plant-level metrics and accountability.
• Coordinate production planning balancing demand and service levels.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to achieve common goals.
