Job summary

The Judge Group is partnering with a leading industrial services organization to identify an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a multi-site workforce across 15+ locations. You will serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees, handling employee relations, investigations, performance management, and training initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of progressive HR experience.
Strong employee relations and investigations experience.
Experience with disability and leave administration (STD/LTD).
Manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site HR experience preferred.
SHRM or HRCI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across multiple locations.
Lead employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Deliver leadership and employee training programs.
Support FMLA, ADA, STD, and LTD administration while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Partner with hiring managers on recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
Analyze HR trends and recommend solutions that improve engagement and performance.
Travel up to 40% to provide onsite support and strengthen leadership partnerships.
