Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi-site environments. SHRM/HRCI certification is a plus and travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience.
• Experience with disability and leave administration (STD/LTD).
• Manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site HR experience preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across multiple locations.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Deliver leadership and employee training programs.
• Support FMLA, ADA, STD, and LTD administration while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
• Analyze HR trends and recommend solutions that improve engagement and performance.
• Travel up to 40% to provide onsite support and strengthen leadership partnerships.
