Job summary

The Planet Group seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to plan, lead, and coordinate a broad range of HR services across multiple sites in California and Arizona. You will ensure legal compliance and drive talent strategy as a multi-site lead in California and Arizona.

This onsite role supports Santa Clara, Morgan Hill, Newport Beach, Mesa, and Hillsboro locations with 25% travel. Strong HR leadership, investigations, and strategic advisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong employee relations and investigations experience.
• Hands-on, able to wear multiple hats.
• Experience with mid-large sized companies and multi-location HR leadership.
• Supervisory experience and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to build organizational capability through talent management, performance management, and resource planning.
• Advise and coach executives on strategic HR policies and procedures.
• Lead organization design discussions and proactive talent management plans.
