Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to management and employees, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives across multiple locations.

The role oversees compliance oversight, employee relations, performance management, and HR audits, ensuring policies and practices meet company goals and applicable laws. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably multi-site or regional.
• Strong understanding of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.) and compliance standards.
• Experience conducting HR or compliance audits.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and audit tracking tools.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief People Officer to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify talent gaps and support recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Advise employees and leaders on HR policies and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve employee concerns with fair, consistent policy application.
• Support initiatives for a positive, inclusive, high-performing work environment.
• Assist with HR audits and investigations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead or support HR projects related to process optimization and training.
• Generate and analyze HR reports to identify trends and opportunities.
