Legacy Utility Group seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across ECS and Guardian Traffic Solutions. You will translate people strategy into practice, coaching managers, resolving employee relations issues, and ensuring consistent HR program application across a multi-entity, multi-state workforce.

The role emphasizes field and office presence, integrity, teamwork, and thinking big as core values, with travel to field locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
• Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-state field workforce preferred.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR questions, conflicts, and concerns.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations.
• Coach managers on performance issues and difficult conversations with consistency across entities.
• Support talent and performance processes, including annual reviews and onboarding execution.
• Partner with Compliance and Safety on HR matters across entities.
