Job summary

Cleanslate Centers is seeking an Area Manager in Springfield, MA to oversee daily operations for multiple outpatient healthcare centers. This leadership role involves partnering with Center Medical Directors to ensure excellence in operations and patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a medical office accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Proven success in multi-site operations leadership.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and operational metrics.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support multiple centers ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor Center Managers and clinic support staff.
• Develop and monitor center performance goals and metrics.
• Lead recruitment and performance management processes for staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Manage staffing schedules and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
