Baystate Health seeks a Manager to lead daily multi-disciplinary operations for a large single or multi-site practice. You will supervise a diverse administrative staff and oversee clinical support functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

In partnership with medical leadership, you will design initiatives to improve financial and operational performance, patient and provider satisfaction, and employee engagement across sites.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years progressive management experience; 9 years requirement if bachelor's degree not obtained.
• Prior experience in a medical office setting.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems and applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations for large single or multi-site practice/program across Baystate Health.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary administrative team and manage clinical staff operations.
• Design and implement programs to improve financial and operational performance.
• Collaborate with medical leadership to enhance patient, provider, and staff satisfaction.
• Leverage technology to support administrative, clinical and fiscal operations and drive adoption across sites.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to enable service line improvements.
• Foster employee engagement and professional development across teams.
• Ensure adherence toBaystate Health policies and procedures and drive continuous improvement.
