Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee daily management of urgent care sites in Springfield, PA and Abington, PA. This onsite role requires coordinating staffing, budgets, and patient experience across multiple offices to meet quality and growth goals.

You will drive profitability, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with regional leaders to optimize scheduling, revenue, and clinical operations while maintaining a patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare managerial experience of 5+ years, pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial concepts, revenue growth, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff hiring, scheduling, and performance management; mentor staff.
• Drive site profitability by managing volume, productivity, and expenses.
• Monitor patient experience metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate staffing with regional teams and ensure coverage for gaps.
• Lead clinical training oversight and ensure adherence to standards.
• Ensure OSHA/UCA compliance and maintain facility readiness.
