Job summary

Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts is seeking a Director of Health Center Operations to oversee day-to-day operations across the Commonwealth, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and an excellent patient experience.

You will collaborate with Health Center Managers, clinical leadership, and Human Resources to optimize access, performance, and staff engagement, while managing budgets and leading strategic initiatives such as grants and program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of healthcare operations leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site healthcare operations or similarly complex service environments.
• Experience managing budgets, operational performance metrics, and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to health center locations throughout Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all PPLM health center operations.
• Partner with Health Center Managers to optimize performance, patient access, workflow efficiency, and service delivery.
• Monitor key operational metrics including patient volume, access, productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Develop and manage health center operating budgets and support achievement of organizational goals.
• Lead initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and patient-centered care.
