Job summary

CleanSlate Centers, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to supervise daily operations across up to 10 outpatient centers in the West Springfield area. You will partner with Center Medical Directors to ensure exceptional patient experience, staff engagement, and operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years of management in fast-paced medical offices, a focus on results, and the ability to travel regularly between centers. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a fast-paced medical office or multi-site environment.
• Proven success in leading multiple centers or clinics.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, patient experience, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support multiple centers, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
• Supervise and mentor Center Managers, Center Supervisors, and clinic staff.
• Develop and monitor center performance goals, metrics, and outcomes.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies.
• Monitor patient flow, service delivery, and satisfaction; address escalated concerns.
