Job summary

CleanSlate Centers Inc is seeking a Center Manager to run day-to-day operations, lead a cross-functional care team, and uphold the highest standards of patient care and privacy. You will mentor staff, drive patient experience improvements, manage billing and vendor relationships, and ensure HIPAA compliance while collaborating with clinical and administrative partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years healthcare leadership experience in lieu of a degree accepted.
• Experience leading in a fast-paced medical office environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to guide teams through change and growth.
• Experience with patient satisfaction initiatives, billing oversight, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and lead a cross-functional team with empathy and accountability.
• Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and collaboration across clinical and administrative teams.
• Implement processes that enhance patient experience and drive quality outcomes.
• Actively engage with referral sources, community partners, and internal stakeholders to promote growth and access to care.
• Mentor and support practice support staff, ensuring their professional development and performance success.
• Track and report on key performance metrics and operational goals, contributing to broader organizational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, and internal policies and procedures.
