Job summary

Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts seeks a strategic Director of Health Center Operations to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its statewide health centers, ensuring high‑quality patient care, compliance, and an exceptional patient experience.

You will partner with Health Center Managers, clinical and executive leaders to drive access, efficiency, and staff engagement while managing budgets, grants, and strategic expansion initiatives across Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field.
• Eight years of healthcare operations leadership or management experience.
• Experience leading multi-site healthcare operations or complex service environments.
• Experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative.
• Willingness to travel regularly to MA health centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance for all PPLM health centers across MA.
• Partner with Health Center Managers to optimize performance and access.
• Monitor metrics: patient volume, access, productivity, satisfaction, financials.
• Develop and manage health center operating budgets.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient-centered care.
• Supervise Health Center Managers and Records staff.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and staff retention.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, Title X, MA DPH, and PPFA standards.
• Collaborate on expansion, grants, and partnerships.
• Oversee centralized medical records systems and dashboards.
