Aquarius Staffing is seeking an Operations Manager to provide leadership for site operations, ensuring service excellence, safety, and team development across multiple locations. The role emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and patient-centered service aligned with the company’s mission.

The position oversees delivery, pickup, safety, and inventory, drives performance metrics, and partners with leadership to implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site management experience in business operations.
• Proven integrity, work ethic, team orientation, and commitment to delivering value.
• Understanding of the medical equipment industry or healthcare operations.
• Strong listening, communication, collaboration, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with financial and performance metrics, order and inventory data and trends.
• Proven remote-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead 9+ staff or multiple sites and operational teams.
• Provide leadership for all site operations including Delivery, Pickup, Safety and Inventory.
• Develop Operations team to ensure strong performance and growth.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation and operational planning.
• Ensure site compliance with safety, regulatory and standards.
• Review performance metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Control labor utilization and expenses to meet financial targets.
• Drive standardization and cross-functional collaboration for consistency.
• Lead audits, investigations, and performance evaluations at site level.
• Partner with Regional Director to implement strategic initiatives.
