Qualifications
- Five+ years in IT support, desktop/field services, or infrastructure operations.
- Two+ years leading technical support staff, including remote locations.
- Experience supporting multiple physical sites with travel between locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site Tier 1/2 support for endpoints and peripherals.
- Serve as escalation point for on-site incidents affecting clinic operations.
- Build and maintain technician coverage schedules across locations.
- Travel regularly to market locations to observe service quality and support technicians on site.
