Job summary

Center for Orthopedic Research and Education seeks an IT Manager to lead on-site support across multiple clinics, balancing hands-on technical leadership with people management for geographically distributed staff.

You will partner with practice admins and clinical leaders to protect uptime, drive standardized processes, and ensure HIPAA compliance while representing Hopper professionally at each market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ and ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Experience: five+ years in IT support/field services or infrastructure operations; two+ years leading technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 on-site support for endpoints, printers, and network gear.
• Serve as escalation point for on-site incidents affecting clinic operations and schedules.
• Build technician coverage schedules across multiple locations and travel to sites regularly.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor on-site technicians and drive service performance improvements.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Applications teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
