Responsibilities

Lead on-site Tier 1/2 support for endpoints, peripherals, and network closet work.
Set response/resolve expectations across markets and ensure SLAs.
Manage scheduling, travel, and coverage for multi-site locations.
Mentor and develop distributed on-site technicians; conduct regular performance conversations.
Oversee asset lifecycle, inventory, and site readiness across markets.
Report ticket volume, response/resolution metrics, and drive improvements.
