Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years as Maintenance Manager or Supervisor for large fleet.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site technicians and supervisors to ensure safe, efficient repairs and maintenance across multiple shops.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and overtime to maximize productivity.
• Coach and discipline staff; participate in hiring decisions with HR.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and monitor costs and trends.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
