Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service or facilities management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management leading customer-facing teams.
• Experience in high-growth, customer-centric environments.
• Proven ability to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Facility Services team, ensuring KPIs and service levels are met.
• Drive end-to-end work order management processes and improve efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members; implement training and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Client Success; manage cross-functional projects.
• Monitor account health and mitigate operational risks.
