Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a large Riverwoods IL campus and a Chicago high-rise portfolio. You will lead operational programs, manage budgets and vendor performance, and serve as the primary liaison to the client, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

You will direct a team across facilities services, capital projects, and service delivery, while coordinating with multiple internal groups to ensure KPI targets and superior client

Qualifications

• 8–10 years leading Integrated Facilities Management teams.
• Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with budget management and reporting.
• Knowledge of Excel and data analysis for budgets.
• Experience with lease administration and landlord-tenant relationships.
• Familiarity with facility management software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of facilities services for the assigned portfolio.
• Develop and manage facility budgets and track variances.
• Lead the facility management team and programs for the client portfolio.
• Ensure vendors meet service delivery standards and manage scope changes.
• Be the primary client contact across the properties.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and productivity improvements.
• Oversee capital projects and support small construction efforts.
• Coordinate with other teams (fitness, food services, janitorial, landscaping).
