Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Project Manager to lead designated projects across client sites, campuses, and facilities, ensuring alignment with client contracts and expectations. You will coordinate with on-site client representatives, property and facility teams, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget, with a focus on tenant improvements and furniture coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of project management experience with demonstrated facilities management background
• Ability to read and understand construction specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PlanOn)
• Demonstrated client focus and relationship management capabilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide expert project management leadership for designated projects.
• Liaise with client representatives onsite and coordinate with facilities teams.
• Monitor and coordinate services related to contracted PM and tenant improvements.
• Coordinate budgets, timelines, and vendor invoices.
• Oversee consultants, construction teams, and furniture vendors.
• Coordinate furniture installations and move/add/change activities.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget and meet standards.
• Maintain liaison with site leads, building management, and clients.
