AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY) is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio across the New York metropolitan area. You will lead the Facilities Management team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5–8+ years of experience managing medical office properties, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to deliver cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years' experience managing multiple properties, including medical office properties.
• Willingness to work off shift and weekends for outages or emergencies.
• Excellent communication across all levels and teams.
• Ability to analyze site infrastructure and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities services for assigned portfolio and deliver reports.
• Act as primary escalation point for the region.
• Develop and implement cost-saving, productivity-driving programs.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental, and risk policies compliance.
• Support regional initiatives, audits, and training programs.
• Lead moves, adds, changes, and small construction projects (<$100K).
• Mentor and develop Facilities Managers for teamwork and performance.
